Westendorf belongs to the ski area "Wilder Kaiser - Brixental". With 86 lifts and 276km ski slopes, it is Austria's largest interconnected ski area. Nearly every slope can be provided with technical snow.
You can find traditional "Ski-Hütten" and apres-ski bars round the slopes.
The cross country trail is located directly behind the house, the lifts are within a 3-minute walk - you do not need a car.
Ski tours and snowshoe hikes are offered by the tourists office.
